Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If the outer parcel appears damaged, wet, opened, or tampered with during delivery, customers should refuse delivery where possible and inform customer care immediately. If accepted, a continuous parcel opening video is required for any claim.

Address Change

Address changes after order confirmation may not always be possible. Contact customer care immediately if a correction is needed. Once dispatched, address changes depend entirely on courier partner rules.
